Our child enjoys going here.
Staff is friendly and a good variety of games.
Chuck e Cheese comes out a good amount of times.
Also bathrooms are cleaned well.
Lots of prizes on the wall but only limited selection you can use tickets on with better prizes being cash only.
Overall nice time and recommended this Chuck e Cheese location.

We had my child’s 1st birthday party here yesterday,it was going well until we got our price for her party.
When I first arrived I was quoted $230 for the price of the party.
I asked the girl who sat us specifically for the price to make sure we didn’t go out of our budget and when we went to pay it had more than doubled.
When I spoke to the manager, Katie, she was extremely disrespectful when our parents were explaining the situation to her and would not break it down to us how the price doubled.
when I told her we were given the wrong information she became very dismissive and RUDE , and would not help us with the situation.
It was highly embarrassing knowing we had budgeted her party, and dealing with that at the end.
Everything else was absolutely fine.
I will be filing a complaint through the Better Business Bureau…Our servers, however, were wonderful & the highlight to our experience and we appreciate them so much!
