I had to edit my post because a recent visit.This Arby's is usually slow which I understand.I'd rather wait for fairly good food than bad.The drive thru line went a little faster than usual this time BUT fries were stale, servings were meager and my SO found plastic wrapping in his sandwich.I ordered two wraps and one was great and the other was dry and wrong.Just a hunch, but I think the turnover rate at this Arby's is pretty high.

If I could give any lower of a rating I would, I travel everyday through TN and GA and stop at multiple Arby’s because it’s actually real meat.And I have to say absolutely every time I go through this drive through it’s a very long wait even with no cars In line, they mess up my order every time, the food is cold and the bread on the burgers dry as can be like it’s stale.This is my 12th time passing through it in the last 4 years.Nothing has changed.Staff ignores you at the front even when you ask them for something.I give no stars to this place.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! Hopefully they get all new staff or just close the place down 👇🏻

Spent 10 minutes in the line after I ordered.Noticed they were sending everyone to the parking lot without food.Asked the lady at the window if this was going to take forever and she said oh yeah….No clue why this location has to so terrible….
