I came in 30 minutes before close and they were both really nice about everything.
I’ve worked in food service and know how that feels but I had a long day so I really appreciate Renee.

My 7 y/o son asks to come to this restaurant religiously after church.
We always get fantastic service, the food is so yummy, & I can always expect a clean and kept environment.
On this specific visit, Renee at Firehouse in Red Bank, TN helped us with our order.
She is upbeat, inviting, & efficient when it comes to getting my order correct (every time!).
She is also a team player and as soon as she was done taking orders, she immediately hopped back on the line to help process the orders placed.
Additionally, the line to place orders moved quickly and efficiently thanks to her.
Finally, the food is always done in a timely manner — Highly recommend the Hook & Ladder!

Employees (Nancy) were welcoming and made sure I got what I wanted in my order.
Restaurant and restroom were both very clean!
