Today I tried Cho Dang Guksu which is their cold noodle at the top of right section of the menu.
It was so refreshing! Their staples of tofu soup and meat combo are always great, but I'm glad I tried their noodles.
What a great summer time dish! The team's always friendly but fast, you pay at the table once you are done.
It's a reliable restaurant you can count on their consistency.

We really liked this place! The food was great and they had a lot of staff working who took great care of us.
My personal favorite was the kalbi, but the bibimbap and sides were great as well.
The waiters and waitresses were wonderful and very accommodating of us with our 1 year old there.

I'm vegan, so since tofu is in the name of this restaurant, I thought I would check it.
Well, they have a few vegan options with adjustments.
Which are easy enough.
They also understand what vegan food is.
Yay! I ordered take out, the bimbimbap.
They made sure the soup and side veggies were all vegan! I had a cup of hot tea while waiting for my order.
Their tea is homemade, and it's really good.
The food is fresh and well put together as well. I highly recommend.
