Cascadia Pizza Restaurant and Brewery is a hidden gem in Bellevue! 🍕🏆 From the moment we walked in, the vibrant decor and welcoming vibe caught our attention. We opted for a couple of wood-fired pizzas and a surprisingly generous Caesar salad that was absolutely delightful. While the pizzas were slightly undercooked for my taste, they were still flavor-packed and delicious. Our server was fantastic - he offered beer samples without us even having to ask! Don’t forget to check out their happy hour for some great deals. Can’t wait to return and try their desserts! 🎉
