Chipotle Mexican Grill

This location is the BEST in Tucson!!! Alexia made my order and all her suggestions rocked! She is such a ,,,great person! Brandy also lights up the room with her smile and good nature. The food was FRESHER than FRESH. We will always choose this location. FYI:We tried Chipotle at Foothills Mall and it was dirty, poor service and the meat tasted rotten.
We threw our entire meal away and nearly swore of all Chipotle restaurants.

after having tried every possible combination of chipotle ingredients, i have think i have landed on the final winner. tortilla warmed up with a variety of ingredients tucked inside.
i chose steak, rice, cheese, fajitas, sour cream and corn. i ate it much like you would eat a corn dog, but it felt way more mexican.
probably because instead of ketchup i used something called “salsa.” feel free to use my recipe, i call it a “taco dog.”

Turn around before you consider this location! They used to have great customer service and the portion sizes used to be great.
However, after tonight I don’t think I’ll be returning to this location makes me reconsider chipotle in general.
The food tasted horrible! The customer service is AWFUL! Management should be ashamed of their employees.
They really lack customer skills.
Shyanne was beyond rude didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted chips or a drink.
I had to request it and not to mention she seemed annoyed when I had rewards to use.
All front line employees seemed MISERABLE! Management needs to make a change ASAP or a district manager if they care about customer service and their sales.
The portion sizes were terrible on my last visit not even close to an adult size bowl.
