September 07, 2024Chipotle Mexican Grill has been my go-to for quick, satisfying meals, but my recent visit left me feeling disappointed.
The cozy atmosphere and outdoor seating are inviting, but I encountered some hiccups. The service was slow, and I was left waiting outside until 11:15 AM, even though they were supposed to be open at 10:45! When I finally got in, the staff was less than welcoming, lacking the friendly vibe I usually enjoy.
The chicken bowl I ordered hit the spot - fresh ingredients and solid flavors - but the messy service experience overshadowed the meal. I hope they improve their training for new staff; it could really elevate the visit. 🍽️
