Mexican restaurant, Latin American restaurant
First time there.Chips were very crispy, which was nice but tasted 'old' as the oil needed to be changed badly. Both of my grown sons, who bought lunch, did not like the food.My enchilada plate was good.
One of the few places in Dallas for actual authentic Mexican plates. They’ve got spice levels for all palates so don’t be intimidated if you can’t handle too much heat.
Horrible customer service. No one spoke any English. We ordered to go, had to explain it multiple times, and order was still incorrect. We asked for the chicken quesadilla only, no sides, and we still got the whole dinner. We asked for fajitas, didn't get any cheese. We asked for a pint of hot sauce, got charged for a tiny cup.Upon arriving home and calling to speak to management, the lady running the register said no and hung up on us.Basically if you don't speak Spanish, ordering here is going to be extremely difficult.Reporting to the BBB as well for being denied a manager.
