I ordered a vegetarian bowl, and it had chicken in it.
I drove 8 miles to pick up my order .
I'm a pure vegetarian, and this is unacceptable from a renowned chain like Chipotle To all my vegetarian/vegan friends, be careful and review your order carefully.

Normally we have a good experience at Chipotle but this location must be the exception.
I paid $5 for the pictured quesodilla.
I asked for one more compartment to be filled with cheese.
They refused citing that cheese is more expensive than the other sides.
Clearly they don't understand food costs and quantity.
We won't be back here.

Horrible location, the employees are rude and this location is always out of items.if I could give zero stars I would.
It’s a shame I love Chipotle food.
But this location has been dreadfully managed for a while now.
I went in to get a chicken bowl and first off the person behind the counter never even greeted us, just said what would you like.
I asked for a chicken bowl she was going to give me the last dry crumbs of chicken I asked to wait for a fresh batch over 8 minutes I waited they finally brought new chicken I then asked if she could please replace the rice and black beans because I felt they were cold by now.
She did that and then went on to help other customers.
All the while the new batch of chicken was ready.
I said why am I not being served my chicken bowl now? I was so upset I told them I did not want the bowl now.
The employee said stop wasting our food.
I Paid for my burrito and walked out.
They Didn’t even say sorry for waiting for the chicken I will NEVER come back to this location again.
I will make sure I tell all of my friends to not go to this location.
