September 20, 2024I recently swung by Chipotle in Frisco, and while the food was its usual fresh and flavorful self, the service left much to be desired. 🌯 I got a chicken bowl that was delicious, bursting with the signature Chipotle taste. However, the wait was ridiculously long - about 15 minutes just for chicken!
The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized, with some key ingredients frequently running out. It's a shame because I really wanted to enjoy my meal without the hassle. The atmosphere was casual and trendy, perfect for a quick bite, but the service just didn't match. I do hope they can improve... 🤞
