I wanted to try their chicken wings with BOGO offer but was little skeptical with reviews that wings are too small. Placed order through app to pick up at drive through window. Picked up the food was surprised to see that wings were decent size. Only thing I hated about my order was I ordered Ghost Pepper and Sweet and spicy.
I received one plain and one with sauce which was barely spicy! So I couldn’t even figure what I got in my order.
Some labelling on the box would go long way!

I had a terrible experience today at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen.
The employee handling the food through the drive-thru at 1:05 PM was extremely rude and disrespectful.
His attitude was unprofessional and made the entire experience unpleasant.
It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service, especially when it should be a priority for any business.
Popeyes deserves to hire and assign employees who can treat customers with respect and provide a pleasant dining experience.
I hope they address this issue promptly.

I genuinely didn’t even want to give this rating.
Food was decent.
However the manager, or I will assume she was the manager on duty, was leaning against the counter, with her sun glasses on.
Didn’t great me when I walked in.
Her fingers were sitting at her nostrils and she was playing with her hair by the food.
I kindly asked her not not mess with her hair while my food was being prepared and her response was “no problem but your food isn’t ready” the girl behind the food was also touching her face.
I honestly don’t care if my food was ready or not, no one should be pulling their hair back in a pony around food in general.
Not a welcoming environment and quite disgusting how everyone touches their face and hair without washing their hands.
Unfortunately I won’t be back.
