We placed an order online and arrived for pickup.While there was no one else online, it took a few moments to be recognized.We were given the order and told everything was included, but there were no utensils or napkins included.(We had bowls so utensils were needed.) the restaurant itself was dirty with debris throughout and all the trash cans were overflowing.The food itself was pretty good, but it seems to have lost some flavor over the years with the food becoming more bland.
Haven't been to several Chipotle locations in my time, so for each and every one of them have list of everything I could expect.Young professional, kind & courteous staff, quality, safe food handling practices & generous portions on their maid to order menu selections at a fair price. I've enjoyed every visit.
Cashier used my receipt to pick at nasty nails.I asked for extra and gave me half a scoop.I'm good.Finding somewhere else.Last time they had mold growing from their drink station.Should have known better.Watched them pick steak out of a order that was just sitting on the counter and put it in rotation.
