Chipotle Mexican Grill

This is the worst location ever!!! All the "homemade" drinks in the clear plastic containers were empty, there were no lids for the tops, there was no silverware, hardly any napkins.
The place was dirty and disgusting.
The staff is rude when you ask them for the things that are supposed to be available to you.
They had no steak and hardly any chicken.
The staff is on the younger side and seems to not care.
At the time we were there it didn't seem as if there was a manager on site.
The food bar where they make your order was so dirty.
There was foods from different containers all over the counter.
The floors looked like they haven't been swept in months.
This is a fairly new location as well and it looks run down.
Unfortunately this is the only one near us I am sure we will not be back anytime soon.
Avoid if you can.

I've been going to Chipolte for years.
My daughter worked at the one in St Lucie West.
I travel, and have been to many different Chipotle's.
This store is absolutely disgusting.
I've ordered food 4 times and my order has been wrong every time with barely any food in them. We decided to go in and eat.
I seen a girl in the back taking cheese bare handed and shovng it in her mouth.
Without washing her hands she tried bagging my food.
After telling her to wash her hands she got disrespectful. The following visit, which ended up being our last time there.
The restaurant was a disgusting mess.
The manager walked by areas that were full of food and trash and did nothing.
There was food on the floors , every table had rice on it, garbage over flowing, food in the utensil holders ,ice and soda all over the floor.

The management should be fired and should have an experience manager fix that place.
Also, train your employee's to have respect and hand hygiene.

This location is an absolute disgrace and either needs to be completely revamped or honestly should be shut down.
I went in on a Sunday around 11:45, walked up to the counter with my niece, there was no one waiting and a couple people sitting and eating throughout the location.
There was a young man and woman behind the counter just staring, not smiling, didn’t say hello, just staring and looking very unhappy to be there.
In the quietest voice I was asked what I wanted and at the same time if my order was to dine in or take out.
I asked them to repeat themselves because I couldn’t hear them and they were both talking at once.
We ordered two bowels and two fountain drinks.
The fountain drink area was filthy.
My niece attempted to get a Sprite but it was only seltzer.
Mind you it was NOT busy at all.
The tables had not been wiped down, none of the teas/lemonades in the glass were labeled, and the whole time we were there, no one came out to clean anything.
This was my second time trying this location.
The food was great and I honestly believe that is the only reason this place gets any traffic.
Some good customer service training will go a long way!
