I recently visited Chipotle on Coastal Way and unfortunately had a less-than-stellar experience. I ordered a steak bowl, but it was missing half the toppings - no black beans, salsa, or sour cream! The staff was disorganized; I waited longer than expected just to receive a cold meal. 😕

Despite loving this chain, this location needs serious improvement in service and portion sizes. I’d recommend trying another location if you can - it's worth the extra drive for a better experience! 🌯
