Food was good.
Lots of variety.
You can't beat what they offer for the price.
Very good value.
We went during the week after lunch, and the food still looked fresh and were still being refilled.
Service was quick.
Usually, at a Chinese buffet, I expect wait staff to be slow, but not here.
The waiter quickly brought our drinks and cleared our plates every time.
Restaurant had some pretty large cool Chinese decor.
Dim sum was a bit mushy and sushi selections did not have any with fish in it.
But for the price, it's still a good deal.

Do you like Chinese-American food? Japanese-American food? Asian-American? Are you like my kid and just want a plate of fruit and jello? China Grand Buffet is honestly my favorite buffet that I've ever been to.
I used to go here all the time when I lived in Boise.
They've got a ton of delicious food, great ambience, and something for everyone.
The best part is how reasonably priced it is! The price for me, my wife, and our kiddo was less than any other comparable sit down affair and none of us left with empty tummies. My kiddo also loved the statue of Hotei and insisted we take some pictures with him! 10/10, will absolutely eat here again the next time we're in Boise.

We tried for the first time, it was slightly dissatisfying as a lot of food was cold.
I’m not sure if this is a reoccurring issue but it stood out to our family.
The location is fairly crowded and slightly dark.
I still enjoyed our meal but not sure we would go back just due to the quality of food.
