Fujiyama in Boise is an absolute gem for sushi lovers! 🍣 I recently indulged in the Meridian Roll and the Luck Luck Roll, and I was blown away by the freshness of the fish - definitely more fish than rice, just how I like it!

The service was attentive, and our server was friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The only downside was a slightly odd vibe for a Friday night, but it didn’t detract from the experience.

I can’t wait to go back and try even more rolls! Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving quality sushi... 😊
