The manager gave no concerns to make my $50 order right after items were missing from my delivery order, as evidenced by those items not being inside the sealed bag. The Door Dasher said that bag was all that was given to him and I believe him.When I called to speak with the Chili's manager, she seemed not to care to provide what I paid for, so that did it for me. I no longer care to patronize Chili's.She offered no apology, no can you come pick it up, nothing. This was not the first time but definitely was the last time Chili's takes my money and doesn't provide what I paid for.My money will go where I am respected. And the whole blame it on the Door Dasher is trifling.I'm not saying some dashers may not do right but I believe more do right than those who don't. But beyond all that, Items can be scanned and proven to have been picked up by using that system. Get with the times and do better by the people keeping you in business, which also include your dashers and your customers.Or you take ownership and hire your own delivery people who ensure all items are packed and ready before delivering. Bouncing the blame is not a good look. Ownership of caring to provide customers with what they order and providing good quality products and services should be a priority. Treating others the way you want to be treated helps make the world a better place for everyone.

This location is not that old, but it has seen better days.I don't understand why the managers let this beautiful and centrally located restaurant fall in such a short period of time. I gave them 3 stars this time around because our server tried his best eventhough you totally see that he was overwhelm by the amount of tables and lack of servers.The lady in the front desk just sitting there and not helping at all these guys that were trying so hard to keep things flowing and Customers happy. Things to try the fajita Trio, it is still the best and the margaritas.
