I had a coupon for a free appetizer with a purchase of an entrée so we went to @chilis to redeem. Hubby and I both had the Presidente Margaritas, and Dad had Lemonade.
We had the beef nachos for our free appetizer.
Was thinking we were getting ground beef, but it was sliced beef instead.
Dad had the Chicken Bacon Quesadilla.
I had the 4-piece Chicken Crisper with mashed potatoes and street corn.
The mashed potatoes were for Dad.
Hubby had the Fajitas, which he demolished.
Evan was our server again and did a great job.

First of all, I don't remember ever asking to speak to a manager.
We ordered chips and salsa.
There were at least 6-7 soggy chip particles in the salsa.
When the waitress brought our triple dipper out we asked to speak to the manager.
Three out of the four eggrolls were turned upside down and hanging over the plate and off the paper .
Knowing they don't wash the platters between users confirms how dirty they are and hence the importance of the paper.
When the manager came over I addressed just the issue of the chip particles.
She was quick to make excuses of how the chips and salsa are next to each other in the kitchen.
I said it looks like you guys recycle the salsa and keep adding it to the pot.
She agreed.
She offered to comp the meal.
We did not want to eat any more from this establishment.
So, we left without eating any of it, even though it was free.
I have worked at two different restaurant chains and this is unacceptable! Who knows how many people we ate after as we didn't notice chip chunks right away.
If you decide to eat here check your salsa! If that goes on who knows what else goes on.
I love chili's and this was a huge disappointment.
I could go on about more but this review is long enough.

So I came to chili's today on 281 and I had the best experience ever the hospitality.
The smiling the patience and understanding.
The bartender and the two managers Brandon sarah And Jill made our time at chili's the best that we've ever experienced and I was having a bad day because of a situation somewhere else and just the smiling and the concern made my time at this restaurant the best, and I'll definitely be coming back with my family the food was amazing and the service was extra quick thanks for everything
