The ben white location never gets order correct.Wasted a lot time for wrong order.Cfa sandwich with no butter and extra pickels. Asked for a spoon for icecream want given ice cream.Avoid ben white location I given them several chance to make up for mistakes.They never do a good job.
Just another over-glorified Chick-fil-a/fried chicken spot.Truthfully they’ve gone down hill over the last few years, their portions have substantially shrunk (shrinkflation) and quality of product has dipped.Wanted to give them a try this morning and this was the sad/cold/burned sandwich I received.
I used to eat at chick-fil-a's in the 80's when they were only in the malls, probably eaten at 400 or 500 of them around the country over the last 40 years and I can say with confidence this location is by far the worst I have ever purchased food from.The food was disgusting, the service was terrible, and the employees were subpar at best.I ordered a large sweet tea with my order and it was hot, I told the girl that brought my food to the car I wanted an ice tea and her reply was "we don't serve ice tea at chick-fil-a, we only serve hot tea.I have never seen such a poorly trained group of employees.If this is a corporate store the manager should be fired immediately! if it is a franchise they should lose their franchise license and be shut down.They are robbing people. Be aware if you are going to this location it is disgusting, the food is disgusting, & the employees are the worst trained I have ever seen.Save your money and skip this place.If you do go here you will be mad at yourself for spending money here as the food is uneatable!
