Never had a problem with any of your restaurant’s before as the food has always been great services always been good.
Unfortunately, yesterday the order took extremely long waiting at least 10 minutes with only two other cars in line at 4 PM so was not busy so was surprised it was taking so long.
When we received our food we were driving and eating and the chicken nuggets tasted like an off sour taste and I could not eat it, and my daughter said the same thing that her chicken tenders did not taste good and had a strange taste to them and she couldn’t eat them with the strange sour taste, so it was very surprised as both of us did not eat the meal the food order was not good, but very surprised as have always had a great experience at all your locations.
Just wanted to pass on as the food just did not taste right.
The kid who took the order was very nice and professional.

I don’t go often but when I have it’s been a disappointment everytime, but this morning I’m not happy to be given cold breakfast mini bites and gummy texture strawberry lemonade, for $9 dollars, with over friend potato tots.
Please do better.
The cost of food is still high and I could’ve gotten better breakfast elsewhere, but I kindly chose this location and this location continues to let me down.

I had a business meeting today at Chick-fli-A.
During our meeting we had the opportunity to talk with Tim, the owner/ operator.
He has created a great atmosphere, and his team is amazing! We will definitely be back! **Update 2/6/23 I watch a team member named Sarah brings 2 full trays of food to a table today.
On her way to the table 3 kids were playing in the isle.
As you guessed 1 of the kids hit her and 2 large drinks hit the ground and splatter everywhere.
She delivered the food.
Got the table their drinks and then grabbed a mop to clean up.
The kids stood near her and then finally sat in a booth.
While she cleaned they told her the pop was lava.
She kept a smile on her face and talked with the kids while she cleaned up the spill.
Hats off to Sarah! Your actions did not go unnoticed.
