I waited an hour for a concrete mixer.I'm assuming they must have forgotten my order.I had to go inside, call them, and stop an employee to ask them to make my 1 item.Then it was finally made.It would be appreciated if they told people in the drive thru how long the wait is.If I knew it would be that long I could have just gone to the store and got ice cream.

Don’t order the Cod! One picture is what the menu shows the cod sandwich looks like the other is what I got…a fish stick on a bun.It had no flavor at all…even the tartar sauce is completely flavorless.The cheese and the bun were good 🤷🏻♀️.The onion rings were burnt! The Culver’s in Kentwood is much better and we will not be returning to the Wilson location! Get it together folks! As expensive as the food is, the quality needs to get better!

Wife and I went through the drive thru with our little one.We ordered ice cream and were asked to pull forward with order #1.We sat there for 15 minutes or so until we asked the runner what was going on with our order and were told that they ran out of ice cream.Several cars behind us had received ice cream.We then sat several more minutes before the runner told me they had lost my order and I was asked me to come inside to tell them what it was.When I went in I then had to sit in line for several more minutes before I asked for a refund and left since nobody approached me to take my order that we had been waiting on.The gentleman at the cash register was very nice and apologetic.But we spent about 30 minutes to walk away with nothing.Very frustrating especially since they never gave us our original receipt so I couldn't leave a survey beyond a google review.I've attached a photo of the refund I received.
