I try not to post negative reviews but this one took the cake.
I’m trying to understand that for the price of these meals, how the kitchen thought it was a good idea to put the cheese at the BOTTOM of the Togo container then the lettuce pickles and tomatoes on TOP of the cheese which made it soggy and stick to the bottom, THEN put the chicken on top of everything.
I’ve never seen someone put the cheese on the floor of the container rather than the meat itself.
It was odd.
So there I am scraping the cheese off the bottom and trying to put it on top of the chicken, it was just a wet soggy mess.
Manager Chrissy made things right which I appreciate, she’s very sweet! However, kitchen definitely needs a common sense training course or something :/

I ordered a Southwest salad….
Got toppings for something else and the lettuce was old and turning brown.
Called to complain and they said I have to call DoorDash to have them send another driver for replacement order.
Except I then have to pay another tip for the driver….
Wasn’t DoorDash driver’s fault so I can’t stiff them for a tip again.
Very expensive lunch for poor quality food.

This location is by far the best lords chicken I've experienced.
They know us by name here and the employees are awesome 🤙.
This is also the only location that makes my grilled chicken club sandwich they way I love it.
