JENNA was the best server! She was really sweet! My food was wonderful.
Everyone were also nice! When I forgot my sauce and milkshake Jenna immediately gotten all that taken care of nicely! She is real nice!!!

Hands down one of the poorest run chick-fil-A’s in the area.
I place a mobile order almost every morning on my way to work, half the time I order a drink only (love the ice).
At least twice a week I go in and my drink only order is sitting behind the counter.
Never but in the pick up area and no not acknowledges me standing there.
I constantly have to ask someone if that’s the drink on my order and I get a “oh sorry”.
Today I decided to go through the drive thru, I was waved on by the gentleman outside taking orders.
He would not take my order but proceeded to take the other car behind me.
Gave the kid benefit of the doubt that maybe his iPad wasn’t working when I came through and placed a mobile order.
Go to the window and told to pull into the waiting spot, still working on my food.
Stayed waiting for almost 15 minutes for a sausage bowl with hash browns….i had to actually honk my horn to which the girl looked around and remembered I was there and then scrambled to bring my food.
Ridiculous.

Customer service from all the employees and managers are superb.
They make you feel welcome and the food is delicious.
But if it is alright with you, I like to make a suggestion.
I am a pescatarian and the selection that chic fil a has is very limited.
Will it be any trouble if you can add a new menu?
