That I am blessed to be a loyal employee and member of the Chic-fil-A family. Chic-fil-A on Medical is the best Location in town! Exceptionally clean and food is great!!!

Ordered for delivery for my workplace with app initially stating 12-12:15.
By the time I hit submit, the time changed from 12:15-12:30.
I immediately called the restaurant and they said no problem, they would change it back to the original time.
12:30 rolls by and still no food.
I call the restaurant again, they say it's on the way.
Food arrives at 12:40.
Fries filled only halfway.
One person's order (a salad) was completely missing.
I called the restaurant again...they said they would re-deliver but they don't know how long it will take...I said that it would be past lunchtime...they state there is nothing they can do.
Shows up about 1:30pm...past lunch time for workplace.
What a mess! I had already tipped generously since it's required at ordering...would have tipped less had I known the service would be poor. I gave two stars because they did pick up their phone quickly on each of my three calls and there was plenty of chic-fil-a sauce in the bag.

Went through drive through and ordered a peppermint chip shake without a cherry.
Then also asked for a Caramel Crumble shake because there is a sign in the grass there advertising it.
Was quickly informed that they didn’t have it because it was seasonal regardless of their advertising.
So added an additional Peppermint shake and a sweet tea.
It look over 15 minutes to get the order.
We definitely enjoyed watching the staff standing around laughing while we waited. FINALLY got our order and they said the delay was because they ran out of cups.
Really?! Drinks were in a drink carrier and they were covered in ice cream.
The lids didn’t fit and they leaked all over.
Of course napkins weren’t included. Whomever owns this franchise needs to know this is how things are run at this location.
