Chez Lionel offers a charming taste of French cuisine right in the heart of Paris. The cassarole fish was not only beautifully presented, but it also burst with flavor. We shared two starters that were equally impressive. The steak, oh wow! Cooked to perfection, with a sauce so rich it left me wanting more.
