If you’re looking for a hidden gem in Kansas City, CHEWOLOGY is the place! 🌟 As a first-timer to Taiwanese cuisine, I was blown away by the homemade soup dumplings - absolutely divine!

The peanut sauce ramen was a delightful surprise, and the brisket chow mein added a flavorful BBQ twist that I didn’t know I needed. Plus, the To The Max cocktail is a must-try!
