Chef Trini's Restaurant offers a delightful taste of Caribbean cuisine right in Spring Valley. The oxtail stew was rich and hearty, paired perfectly with a side of coconut rice that left us wanting more. I couldn't get enough of the fried sweet plantains - naturally sweet and perfectly crisp!

The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, ideal for a relaxed dinner. Although our server was new and the service a bit slow, the culinary experience was worth the wait. I’ll definitely be back for more... 🌴
