Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I visited here in December 23 and the staff didn't speak to me barring taking the order.
After after every item I order she asked "is that all" this was at least 5 times....
then my chicken was raw... Maybe we do need A.I.
robots to take orders and prepare the food, the customer service will be by far better and food cooked to proper preparation. I called the store 2 times to speak to a manager and got no answer.
I will not be returning

It’s a great experience.
I was here for the second time and never disappointed in food or service.
The ambiance is very welcoming and charming.
Amazing food and service.
Staff are extremely knowledgeable and make great recommendations, when you want to try something new.
I highly recommend this place.

Nearly $16 for a sandwich and fries and gonna charge me coke price for a bigger water.
There was two of us gonna get the same thing.
So over $30 our first time here and you all lost our business over a dumb 20 oz drink cup for water.
It’s not like you have a fountain out there for me to STEAL pop like some places tries to claim.
I don’t wanna stand up wait for a refill of water every few bites of food letting my food get cold and ruining our time together.
I don’t like diet pop.
I don’t like a bunch of caffeine and sugar.
There isn’t that much difference in the cost of two cups.
One has your name on it which is also free advertising.
I’ve seen someone have a cup with a name on it and thought to myself ooh that sounds good let’s go there! But ya know what.
Lost our business first time there because of a ten cent cup.
Charge me 50¢ but to charge pop prices is ridiculous when the meal is $16.
Second place in the city to do this.
I can have real sirloin steak two sides and rolls and unlimited ice water for about the same cost on real plates.
I guess I should have ordered three ice waters and my husband do the same so it’s free and save you money rather than a 20 ounce cup.
