This was probably the nicest Bob Evans I have been in a long time.
I have great memories of going down to the original farm as a kid so it's always part of my heart.
This place made me feel that way.
To have the manager out on the floor talking to us was nice..
Thank you all the crew at this time and restaurant.

We walked in and no greeted us.
Just looking around and laughing.
Then they finally sit us down, took almost 10 minutes before our server came to take our order.
Food wasn’t even hot but I was so hungry. Would not recommend this location at all!

This review is about a week overdue but still fresh in my memory.
I called to place a carry out order.
I was placed on hold for quite some time but once my call was received, I heard a cough and a hang up.
When I called back and explained what just happened, instead of a, “Sorry for your experience”, she insisted she kept saying hello but I couldn’t hear her.
After going back and forth I finally just said can I place a togo order? When I arrived, I patiently waited at the checkout.
I was greeted by Carla who apologized for my wait and was very friendly.
Without going into detail, she immediately apologized for my phone experience and made everything right.
Unbelievably, the person I was on the phone with realized I was the one on the phone w/her and she too apologized.
Had I just received the apology over the phone, I would have thought nothing more of it and I explained that to her as well.
We left in a good place and I will return as my grandmother loves their turkey dinners and it’s close by.
