Chaiyo Food Truck is a hidden gem for authentic Thai cuisine! 🌟 I swung by for lunch and tried the yellow curry with chicken, which was rich and creamy - absolutely delicious. The pad Thai was another winner; the medium spice level hit just right!

I also enjoyed their pot stickers, which were the perfect appetizer. The portions are generous, leaving me with tasty leftovers.
