Central BBQ on Poplar is a Memphis gem! 🍖 I had the brisket plate, which had a nice smoky flavor, but I wish it had been hotter when served. The brisket had some fat, but I enjoyed the burnt ends. My daughter devoured the pork nachos, and the BBQ beans were a delightful surprise!

The rustic decor adds a nice touch, with natural wood tabletops. Overall, a good experience with tasty food! Just remember to ask for it piping hot next time. Highly recommend if you’re craving some authentic Memphis BBQ! 😋
