Celia’s Kitchen Food Truck is a gem in Huntsville! 🌮 I stopped by for lunch and was blown away by the birria tacos - they're hands down the best I've ever had!

The mulitas were just as incredible. What surprised me was the value; for just $12, I had more food than I could finish, and everything was made fresh. The casual atmosphere with clean picnic tables makes it perfect for a quick bite.

Friendly service and lots of parking! If you crave authentic Mexican food, this place is a must-visit! 🌟
