My fiancee's bowl has an unidentifiable orange substance at the bottom of it.
Kind of looks and feels like coagulated grease or fat.
However, none of her ingredients should be greasy/fatty, nor should it be solid as we just picked it up and is still warm.
Now she's very ill. This was our second time coming and I'm very disappointed.
Aside from my fiance getting sick, the portions were much smaller.
Barely half the bowl filled.
The rice was old and dry.
Unacceptable.

Loved trying CAVA! They have the list of ingredients for each sauce and sides you can add in case you're allergic to something.
The falafel was really good there! The portions are really great and very clean! Would definitely be returning again when I'm in the area

We've been to this location 5 times hoping each time the service would be better and sad to say it has not improved at all.
One day we counted 8 employees behind the counter and 4 people waiting in line and not one of those employees acknowledged customers for 10 mins.
Another time specifically asked for dressing on the side and it was put on the bowls, another time ordered chicken w right rice bowl and employee started with spinach, we had to mention the bowl comes with arugula, not spinach....we were met with attitude no apology....the food is great, but we're planning on driving farther in hopes of better customer service., we've given up on Porter Ranch location
