I come to Seattle for work a lot, and the highlight of my trip is always dinner at Carrello. There’s a lovely garden in the back if you decide to eat on the patio, and the inside has a lovely cozy feel as well. All the little touches in the restaurant are so well done down to the handmade plates.I’ve never had the same thing twice since the menu is seasonal but instead of being sad about not being able to order my favorite thing, this place is so reliable I just get excited I’m going to have a new and exciting treat.Everything is made in house to order and it couldn’t be fresher or more delicious.
We have been a couple of times but OMG the food was amazing.A real upgrade.Scallop Crudo was tops.Muscles amazing.Unreal raviolis with a whole shrimp inside and mixed seafood outside.Perfect gnocchi and on and on.We will be back.

Jonathan! Thank you for the kind review and for choosing to celebrate with us.We look forward to seeing you in the future!
Went here for a family celebration and the staff/chefs were seriously incredible! They went above and beyond to make the evening very special for us.We had the course menu and added the dry aged steak and fresh oysters as well.My absolute favorite dish was the truffle cabbage!!! Notable mentions: house made bread, dry aged steak, potatoes, any of the pastas (so fresh!), chicory salad, burrata cheese, and panna cotta. Will definitely be back!! 🤩

Hi Sharon! Thank you for such a glowing review and the healthy reminder about our lamb neck bones. We do suggest folks take them home in the event they are making bone broth (so delicious) but absolutely do not suggest for the pups to eat as you stated above! We hope to see you again soon 😊
