I had a fantastic brunch experience at Americana Restaurant! 🍳 The maple glazed pork belly and mozzarella corn pancakes were a revelation - the pork was melt-in-your-mouth tender, and the pancakes had a unique texture that I couldn't get enough of.

The atmosphere was cozy and laid-back, perfect for a Sunday morning. Our server was attentive and brought over almond milk without delay.

Prices were reasonable, and there's a solid variety on the menu. Can't wait to return for lunch or dinner... definitely a gem in Capitol Hill! 🌟
