I visited Carl’s Jr. on Durango and had a mixed experience. While the staff, especially Claudia, were friendly and attentive, the food was a letdown. I ordered a California Classic and found the burger lukewarm with a soggy bun, and the fries were old and barely warm.

It took quite a while to receive our meal, which made the experience less enjoyable. I appreciate the friendly service, but the kitchen really needs to step it up for fresher, hotter food. Maybe I'll try a different location next time... 🍔
