The cashier had a mask on and I could not understand her.
I wanted to use a coupon for a friend, but they would not void out the purchase and start over.
The manager should had said politely he couldn't do this but was rude to us.
The air temp in the restaurant was probably 85 inside and we were uncomfortable.
We got our food in shifts and our friend was through by the time our order arrived.
Once we got our food, I must say that it tasted good.
But, the ice machine at the drink machine was not functioning.
The whole visit did not lend itself to a pleasant dining experience.
I will not go back to this old restaurant, but will head to Captain D's in Forsyth, where I've had good success in the past.
Should have headed there tonight.

I was so glad when this Captain D moved near my neighborhood.
The food and service was once great the best of the two in Macon.
Today after leaving work I stop by for dinner had a teachers meeting at school.
I pull to the window the young man making my plate pants pulled down showing the imprint of his butt, the cashier and everyone else wearing gloves and touching everything around them including her face then they used those same gloves hands to make my plates.
Food cooked to hard Cole slaw lukewarm last month I said I was done but for sure I am now done.
Whomever own this Franchise please monitor your employees.

This place used to be really good to eat at, not sure what’s happened.
Waited a long time for our food.
Fish was hot because they are cooking it to order, but the sides were ice cold.
Inside of the red is filthy, licking to find a clean table.
Not sure why you can no longer make your own drinks, and the sauce area has nothing but ketchup, have to ask for everything else.
Service was ok, but nobody seems happy they’re there or you are either.
