587 Bistro is a hidden gem that serves some of the best soul food in Macon! 🌟 I tried the liver with gravy, rice, and a side of buttery cabbage that stole the show, infused with a hint of smoked turkey and spices. My friend enjoyed the chicken with gravy, and we couldn't resist the macaroon pie - it was heavenly!

Though I was disappointed to find them temporarily closed when I returned for another visit, I can't wait to see them back in action. I have my eyes set on the turkey wings, oxtail, and squash casserole next time! Until then... 🤞🏽
