Was disappointed I could not get the gumbo at the food truck event, however the shrimp and chips as well as the fish and chips were heavenly.The batter had just enough kick, same with the sauce.The fish and shrimp were not rubbery, they were tender and moist.10/10 would eat again!
Horrible catering.Literally the worst ever.Cold pizza would’ve been better than what they brought to our holiday meal.Do not order for very large events, they can not handle that capacity.
