California Tortilla

We are visiting and wanted to try something new.
We really enjoyed eating here! I had the Sunset burrito and my wife the Honey Lime bowl.
I recommend either but the Honey lime was my favorite of the two! It was also fun trying hot sauces from the east.
I suggest trying this place!

Let me preface by saying I have never left a one star review.
I ordered the blackened chicken quesadilla.
It was the worst quesadilla I have had in my life.
I was convinced that they were using day old, reheated chicken because it was so tough on the outside.
In addition, I could not tell there was any seasoning on it.
Thinking I had received the wrong chicken, I called and was told that I could drive back up there to get something different.
When I asked for a refund instead, I was still told to drive back up there.
When I arrived, it was explained to me that the chicken was fresh but they fry their blackened chicken and then lightly dust with Cajun seasoning because they have to cater to many different taste buds (although there is a grilled chicken option that should handle people who like it bland).
Fair enough, I ordered the wrong thing and maybe all their other dishes are delicious.
HOWEVER, we were discussing over this opened quesadilla pictured, with 3 pieces of chicken, that came apart so easily because there was hardly any cheese and I can't imagine not being embarrassed as a restaurant at how this looked on this inside.
No apologies given, just here is your refund for having to drive up here twice and you got what you ordered.

Great location, nice clean inside and very good burritos.
Lots of choices of sauces and toppings.
