I had a great experience at Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican! 🌮 The atmosphere is casual and trendy, perfect for a quick lunch after shopping in Centennial Gateway.

I opted for the vegetarian salad, and while the portioning can be tricky, the staff is incredibly accommodating. Lucas, who served me, was attentive and friendly, making sure my order was just right. I also tried their shrimp tacos and they were outstanding - full of flavor!

The only downside was a bit of confusion with online orders, but the staff was super nice. I’ll definitely be back for more! 🌟
