My visitor and I had lunch at Cafe Monte yesterday.
It was quite buy but our Server Kayla was quite Quick to help us.
I had tomato soup and enjoyed it.
My friend had spinach quiche, but the plate she Got was more like a lasagna.
The top lazer was over cooked/ nearly burnt whereas the bottom was not cooked enough.
The taste was below average and far from her expectations.
The athmosphere was nice.
We could not get a connection to the WiFi.
This is a majör drawback for foreign visitors.
Against all odds, the manager was so kind to offer us free macarons.

Cute restaurant with great atmosphere! French onion soup was very good, but crepes were a bit chewy.
Also the restaurant seemed understaffed, loved our waiter but he was so busy and did not see him often due to how busy the restaurant was but he was good.
I ordered the soup and salad combo and it was rung up as separate entrees but did not have time to get it corrected.
Salad ordered was Thai chicken and was decent.
The mushrooms were also good.

I had lunch at Cafe Monte on a recent Sunday afternoon.
There was a long wait for a table, so I sat at the bar.
There are so many good options on the menu, and it took me a while to order.
My bartender recommended the short rib baguette with a side salad.
It was outstanding.
It was fun to sit at the bar, and I love everything about Cafe Monte.
If I lived closer to this restaurant, I would eat here every week.
