I don't really have any expectations for fast food employees, and understand it probably isn't that fun to work at Bojangles.
But the staff could work on at least maintaining a neutral attitude towards customers.
As a customer service worker myself, I have bad days too, but I never take it out on customers that I serve.
The person taking orders had a bad attitude and rude tone, and the cashier at the window barely uttered a word at all, leading to a very unfriendly and standoffish experience.

PLEASE DO ORDER ON LINE FROM THIS BOJANGLES.
I ORDERED THREE WINGS COMBO, PLUS A BRAST AND A WING COMBO.
ONE OF MY SIDES WAS MASH POTATOES WHEN I SO MY MASH POTATOES I HAD TO LOOK AT MY RECEIPT TO SEE WHAT THAT WAS.
THE CHICKEN WAS CRISPY...SO I CALLED THE MANAGER THAT WAS ON TODAY (ELMER) HE SAID THAT HE WOULD REPLACE MY ORDER...I SAID U CAN COME AND GET IT AND BRING ME A FRESH ORDER, HE SAID NO WHEN YOU COME IN WE WILL GIVE YOU A NEW ORDER AT NO CHARGE.
I SAID I DON'T DRIVE I'M ON DISABILITY, HE SAID I'M SORRY BUT WE CAN'T AND I HUNG UP! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS BOJANGLES IF YOU ORDER ON LINE WITH NO TRANSPORTATION!! 😔

The only bathrooms i've seen dirtier than this is at a gas station but this is so unsanitary and disgusting.The pictures really don't show the grime and dirt all over the bathroom.
