Really confused.I came to grab a burrito in the drive thru and they have a bell you ring for service.I didn't see the person standing inside so I rang the bell two times (with time in between). The woman opened the window and shut it without saying anything. When she came to the window, she was extremely angry. She was short tempered and tried to tell me she was on the phone and I rang the bell twice.Well, I couldn't see anyone in there and didn't know if anyone heard me.I asked her why she was talking to me like that, so unkind and impatient. She told me to "order or have a nice day". I asked her again why she was being so unkind and she proceeded to shut the window in my face and not allow me to order. I have never been so disrespected - I did nothing wrong.I have no idea why someone would do that or how this is acceptable. I waited for 14 minutes "out front" while they parked me and served 5 other people on the drive through. What happened to actual good service? Horrible service - disappointed people treat people this way and get away with it.😞
Great place to grab some grub.Always made when you order and so scrumptious. The staff is super friendly. The Verde sauce, poor boy burrito always have a place in my tummy. The horchata is the best in town so far.
Good quality food, decent price & friendly staff.Other small issue, occasionally burrito ingredients aren't balanced well throughout the burrito, so sometimes you have to get through close to half the burrito before you get to refried beans etc. My only real complaint is that they use a ridiculous amount of styrofoam, so only three stars. They really need to get with the times, everywhere else is pretty much using biodegradable. Not to mention food is less appealing when served on styrofoam. At least use paper plates for folks dining in! Definitely frequent less because of this.
