This place is great.
We had one in Gainesville and I was sad to see it go.
There was this one employee bringing people food with what I suspect was a broken leg or torn ACL.
That guy was a quality employee.
Sir if you are reading this I appreciated your service and salute you in your ability to bring people burgers fries beers and smiles.
That gentleman was a true burgerfi veteran.
The onion rings were kinda bland.
But the burger was absolutely delicious.
Looking forward to eating one again.
And to broken let guy hopefully we meet again ❤️‍🩹

For 2024, with the increasing cost of food, I'm reviewing all bad and exceptional places I visit.
Today's take out from Burger Fi at the St John's town center was poor at best.
Overcooked, hard fries.
Bland, cold hamburger with yellow colored pieces of lettuce. ..I encourage others to share their good n bad experiences so we know where we should and should not go....adding 2nd photo of lettuce for better view.
Had to reheat burger in air fryer.
So mad, especially knowing this my lunch n money wasted...update TRASHED.
Wasn't worth eating.

I’m don’t usually give bad reviews unless the service/experience is really poor.
Well, BurgerFi met that standard today.
Food was good. We had to order on a kiosk, which is fine.
But at the end of the process it asks for a tip and suggests 15%.
Now mind you the girl NEVER greeted us or offered to assist in anyway.
Then she continues to play on her phone with her ear buds in the entire time even when we approached the counter to get the drink we ordered.
Literally never looked up from her phone the entire time we were there.
Ironic part is I took picture of kiosk and even in the picture she has her head down on the phone. You can do better BurgerFi.
