AFB BK’s hit different, this one is delicious! Great food and awesome staff!

This establishment is located at the heart of TAFB.
Some might call it the heart that pumps the blood to the work force.
During the workweek this place is packed with service members, employees and contractors.
They always get your food out in a timely manner and sometimes they even smile.
If you want something quick to grab then i would definitely give them a shot.

I had never been to Tinker AFB and had avoided fast food since September 8th. But I had spent 2 hours walking around the Commissary and decided that a burger would not kill me. I ordered a Ghost Pepper Whopper with an extra patty in a medium meal. I had bought hot sauce (Nando's Peri Peri) at the Commissary so I found a shady spot near the drive through and ate my lunch in the shade. The drive through personnel were very nice, and the order was quickly served. The burger was hot and very spicy (actually perfect) the fries weren't too salty and were also cooked to perfection. The sweet tie without ice complemented the spicy heat of both the burger and the hot sauce I drizzled on both the burger and the fries. All in all it was excellent. I have decided that whenever I do return to Hunter AFB for my next grocery trip I will make this Burger King a part of my day. I'm no longer a fast food person, but would recommend this BK to anyone. I don't advise anyone else to get a double patty but I'd skipped breakfast and felt it was justified. The meal was so filling I took a 2 hour nap upon arriving home, but didn't need to eat anything else for the remainder of the day. I think the Whopper would have been plenty hot enough without my adding the hot sauce, but I happened to have it with me and it was great on the fries. AndrewJohn
