On January 4 I ordered the whopper meal I get home and I settle down.I’m about to eat and I buy into my burger few times too.Why is there a timestamp or a piece of paper with a.m.and p.m.on it with a clock in my burger I’m talking it got in my mouth and everything.The lady at the window was rude.She overcharged us for the meal and the fries were undercooked
It was a pleasure speaking with Dottie today, she was warm and welcoming. As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed with a friendly smile and she made me feel very comfortable. The food was fresh and hot. If your ever wondering what Customer Service is, come check out Ms Dottie!
Last night on (9/3) I ordered the 2 entire meal (2 Impossible kings with no cheese).When I got home I removed the buns and realized that they put cheese on the burgers then scrapped the cheese because there were still pieces of cheese left on the burgers. I called back immediately.I spoke to Ebony and she was so kind to us, wrote down our correct order and told us to come back the following or Tuesday-Friday during her work schedule. We decided to come back tonight, we explained our order mishap to a guy with dreads and he literally had to ask us 4X about the details of our order as if he was not listening or "something". We got home and realized that our Impossible whoppers have cheese on them.We called back and Tasha answered the phone, she asked me who as if she was answering a personal phone.I explained their mishap last night and advised that the same thing just happened.She became irrate, she yelled and said, "why are you calling back now, we are about to close, why are you calling about something that happened last night".I said if you would allow me to finish my sentence, what happened last night, happened again.She said, "we didn't do that again", I said you did, she said, "why didn't you just come back"? (even though she just told me that they are about to close???) I said I wasn't coming back tonight, she interrupt me for the 10th time advising me to come back in the morning because "we didn't do that again ma'am".I advised her that I wasn't asking to coming back tonight, I just wanted to make her aware that they put cheese on our Impossible burgers again.She attempted to end the phone call then I released the call before she could.The 2 employees that I dealt with tonight were extremely unprofessional and lack active listening skills. This was done on purpose because Tasha was already on the defense as soon as I called.She also knew exactly what I was talking about even before I completed my sentence. I wish I would have checked the burgers before leaving the parking lot, I had a feeling that they would mess the order up AGAIN.
