Halmonie’s food is warm and comforting! I ordered teokduk soup! It was so immensely flavorful and jam packed with memories of home.
If you miss home, come to halmonie’s (grandma’s) restaurant.
She has her photos of the entirety of the family on display and was even featured in charlottes eateries magazines.
She makes banchon (Korean side dishes, especially for Korean BBQ!) for sell, that is separate from what super G mart sells, and it’s at a much adorable pricing and it’s homemade by halmonie and it is right in front of the restaurant for you to grab and buy.
Atmosphere super friendly, and her diverse staff is super welcoming and all smiles.
They work hard, so come support them! :D

It’s a bit of a drive for me but I make it just to get my fix of Korean food.
I usually order the bibimbap but I’ve also had the bulgogi.
Husband enjoys the japchae noodles.
Service is always it quick.
It’s inside the Super G Mart so the atmosphere is a little hurried and noisy.

This Korean place is inside of the Super G supermarket, they have few different types of soups and different types of kimchi, they have the pepino 🥒 one that i like the most, all fresh, I got the Soon Dubu soup it’s a type of tofu with seafood with rice super delicious ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
