Phở Hương Que is a delightful gem in Charlotte! This cozy spot on Independence Blvd serves some of the best pho I've had. The broth is rich and flavorful, and I loved the large shrimp and soft noodle dish paired with jalapeño soy sauce. 🌶️

The service was friendly and attentive, quickly seating us even on a busy night. Don’t miss their fresh spring rolls; they're a perfect complement to any meal! The atmosphere is casual yet trendy, making it great for both solo dining and groups.
