Burger King

A 5.00 coupon is what they tried to offer my family!? This is one of the most awful experiences I've ever had with a fast food restaurant. First I had went and bought groceries and I just wanted to grab some food on the way home.There is a burger king down the road from walmart.
I didn't realize that my app had saved the Burger King that was 15 minutes away on the other side of town as my main store.
I placed my order and it went to the wrong store.
There was no button to cancel the order .
There was no one that I could call.
I tried to call both of the stores to let them know I placed the wrong order please don't cook the food but no one answers the phone. I drove to the Burger King that was near me and I asked to speak to the manager thinking that she would have the phone number to the other store and could call them and let them know that the order was placed at the wrong store before they started cooking it.
The manager at that store wouldn't even talk to me she told the employee to tell me that once an order was placed there's nothing that can be done.
I have to go to that store to pick it up. Remember I have groceries in my car so I called my husband to tell him to head to the Burger King on Highway 90 that I accidentally placed the order at the wrong store.
I go home and put up groceries while my husband goes to get the food. My husband arrives at the highway 90 location and the food is not even ready it's been 25 plus minutes since I ordered the food.
He sits there and he's waiting on the food.
They were extremely rude and he heard A an employee say "well he'll just have to get over it " my husband gets back home with the food and it is not even what I ordered!!! Instead of the two melts that I ordered they gave him two Whopper juniors.
We did get the nuggets and the mozzarella sticks.
All of the food was cold the cheese had melted out of the mozzarella sticks and some of them were empty.
The Whopper Juniors were just covered in mayonnaise we didn't even order Whoppers. So we scrape the mayonnaise off and ate it the best we could because we have a 2-year-old and we needed give her dinner and get her to get her to sleep. Monday morning my husband has to leave work because he is extremely ill.
He went to his primary care doctor because he had chills and fever, stomach cramps, diarrhea.
His primary care doctor hospitalized him! I'm not even kidding you.
He had food poisoning from someone not washing their hands at Burger King!!! The health department is actually involved in this situation.
Their disgusting fast food almost killed my husband.
We will never eat at Burger King ever again.
Yes, I am going to leave a review because people need to know! Burger King doesn't care about its customers. The staff does not care about the customers.
They don't wash their hands.
It's dangerous and people need to know the condition of that store and the company!

This location should be closed! Every time we come here they're out of everything.
I mean who is the manager that's responsible for reordering and keeping things in stock.
It's ridiculous then the services is beneath the barrel.
On top of all of this, you have to wait for 15 minutes for food and then it's either not right or cold.
Like come on.....what was the wait for? They're always out of impossible.
Tonight they have impossible but after I placed my order and then get to the window, they tell me they're out of nuggets 🤦🏾‍♀️ I always say I'll stop coming and we don't eat out often but nights like this where it's late and we need something quick this is the only plant based option close to our home.

Y wife and i got chocolate milkshakes here and they were great.
We were almost home and she says "ya know, i was watching her make them milshakes and i was thinking something seemed off because it aint nonway that little bit of chocolate gonna make a chocolate shake that taste right...
But it good.
I was wrong..this shake alright.".
So yeah.
What more can i say.
